Robert M. Quintal, CLEP

PresidentProvides the vision, develops the value proposition and designs the execution strategy to introduce and launch the overall business plan.  Rob is responsible for all existing and new potential LFE/LFD-vendor relationships and contracts, new revenue streams and overall management of the company.

Michael S. Doucette, LC

Director, New England ESCO SalesAssists in developing the vision and execution strategy to launch the overall business plan. Mr. Doucette has established and maintained a 15-year trusted relationship to the local and regional ESCO customer base and is responsible for serving +/- 30 NE ESCO clients on a day to day basis.

Frank St. Onge, LC

Director, National ESCO Channel Sales; Eastern RegionA 30-year veteran of Osram-Sylvania, Frank plays the key role to scale and introduce LFE Solutions to ESPC and National ESCOs by supporting the channel.  Frank developed the quotations and PO tracking system and the extensive ESCO contact list as well as manages the commission and sales reconciliation process.

Roland Moulin

Director, LFD SolutionsRoland brings strong management and Business Development experience and helped launch LFD Solutions in 2015.  Roland recently headed up Munro Solar, was a former territory Sales Manager for Cooper/Bussmann and Sales Manager at Sonepar.  Roland is responsible for day to day execution of the LFD business plan for the (6) New England states and Upstate New York.

Bruce Ryman, LC

National ESCO Channel Sales; Western RegionJoining LFE in August of 2016, Bruce serves the growing National and Federal ESCO channel.  Bruce brings over 24 years with Osram-Sylvania to LFE with extensive experience and relationships in the National and Federal ESCO channel.  Bruce is a serving board member for NALMCO and committee member for NAESCO.

Ken Daves

LFD Regional Sales Manager, Upstate NYKen brings more than 16 years of experience having started his career in outside sales with Cooper Lighting.  Ken went on to sales for a major lighting rep. firm and then a specification sales role with Lightolier under both Genlyte and Philips ownership.  Later, a lead business development role for RISE Engineering.  Ken heads up the sales effort for Upstate NY serving ESCOs, distributors and lighting installers.

Cathie Russell

Key Accounts ManagerCathie joined LFE Solutions after 13 years managing all aspects of customer service, inside sales and quotations for RENOVA Lighting Systems, a Massachusetts based lighting fixture manufacturer.  At LFE Solutions, Cathie manages all aspects of supply chain logistics for key national accounts as well as support of the LFE National ESCO sales team.
